The Italian Bioregional Network retold by Aurora Bussi... - La Rete Bioregionale Italiana riraccontata da Aurora Bussi...

A few years have passed since bioregional thought visited me, making me richer, not only intellectually but also in the invisible, fundamental emotional and existential nuances that are constantly brought to life through the bioregional vision.

I have perceived this feeling directly in the flesh in the form of Paolo D’Arpini, since I met him and frequented him, following him and being followed by him in various meetings. But how did all this begin? How?

So several years ago an acquaintance advised me to read an alternative knowledge magazine, if I remember correctly “Olis”, in which in a short article with a concise critique the book of the Italian Bioregional Network “La terra racconta” was advertised – I said to myself, well, interesting – and I went back to my thoughts. In those days, walking in the bookstore looking for something for my small children, I saw the texts of the Network leaning against it and so – if you look for me and find me – I have to read you and so I did.

I was soon fascinated by the respectful, delicate, but overwhelming practical knowledge, so much so that I felt sucked in. Later I revisited my theosophical knowledge through the bioregional perspective and discovered the common ideal, the meeting between spirit and matter, universal brotherhood. You get there by practicing honestly here and now, independently of starting from any of the knowledge of all times. Heart and Mind, love and concreteness, it became clear to me how they complement each other on multiple levels.

So with the skills at my disposal, I organized a first meeting in Perugia, with other "awakened", in which we tried to reflect and deepen the bioregional knowledge by exercising activities suggested by the sensitivities activated by the two aspects mentioned.

On that occasion the numerous people who did not find a seat in the room, energetically asked me to reorganize reflections on the same theme elsewhere. So I hand painted posters for when and where to welcome the suggestion that human selfishness can be replaced with planetary ecoism…

Since that time we have met several times, with Paolo and other friends, and through the meeting we have developed not only the vision but above all the practice. We do it - and I do it - in the “subjective” balance with all realities, learning to walk, work, study, actively participate in the comfortable and uncomfortable nuances of the reality of which we are self-conscious.

United at all levels with drops of water, blades of grass, queues at the traffic lights and at the supermarket, distant acquaintances, inner experiences, memories, needs and desires that demand to be fulfilled. A round dance of everyone and everything. A fertile and generous Earth to be handed over to our children.

We are like clouds of thought that merge with the speed of the wind, we speak with the means that are modernly at our disposal, perhaps they are not as fascinating as the wind, but effective in transmitting…?

Son trascorsi ormai alcuni anni da che il pensiero bioregionale mi ha visitata rendendomi più ricca, non solo intellettualmente ma nelle invisibili, fondamentali sfumature emozionali, esistenziali, che costantemente vengono vivificate attraverso la visione bioregionale.

 Questo sentire l’ho percepito direttamente in carne ed ossa in forma di Paolo D’Arpini, da quando  lo conobbi e  frequentai seguendolo ed essendo da lui seguita in vari  incontri. Ma come è iniziato tutto ciò? Come? 

Dunque diversi anni fa un conoscente mi consigliò di leggere una rivista di saperi alternativi, se ricordo bene “Olis”, in cui  in un trafiletto con una stringata critica veniva pubblicizzato il libro della Rete Bioregionale Italiana  “La terra racconta” – mi dissi bè interessante – e tornai ai miei pensieri. In quei giorni passeggiando in libreria alla ricerca di qualcosa per i miei figli piccoli, vidi appoggiati i testi della Rete e così – se mi cerchi e mi trovi – devo leggerti e così feci. 

Rimasi ben presto affascinata dal rispettoso, delicato, ma travolgente sapere-pratica, così tanto che mi sentii risucchiata. In seguito ho rivisitato la mia conoscenza teosofica attraverso l’ottica bioregionale e vi ho scoperto l’ideale comune, l’incontro fra spirito e materia, la fratellanza universale. Ci si arriva praticando onestamente qui ed ora, indipendentemente dal partire da uno qualsiasi dei saperi di tutti i tempi. Cuore e Mente, amore e concretezza, mi apparve evidente come si completassero a più livelli.

Così con le capacità che sono a mia disposizione, organizzai un primo incontro a Perugia, con altri “risvegliati”, in cui cercammo di  riflettere ed approfondire la conoscenza bioregionale esercitando attività suggerite dalle sensibilità attivate dai due aspetti menzionati. 

In quell’occasione le numerose persone che non trovarono posto nella sala, mi chiesero energicamente di riorganizzare altrove riflessioni sullo stesso tema. Così dipinsi a mano locandine per quando e dove accogliere la suggestione che l’umano egoismo può esser sostituito con l’ecoismo planetario… 

Da quella volta ci siamo rincontrati diverse volte, con Paolo e con altri  amici, ed attraverso l’incontro abbiamo messo a punto non solo la visione ma soprattutto la pratica.  Lo facciamo -e lo faccio- nell’equilibrio “soggettivo” con tutte le realtà, imparando a  passeggiare, lavorare, studiare, partecipare attivamente alle sfumature comode e scomode della realtà di cui noi siamo autocoscienza. 

Uniti a tutti i livelli con gocce d’acqua, fili d’erba, code al semaforo e al supermercato, lontani conoscenti, interiori esperienze, ricordi, necessità e desideri che pretendono di essere realizzati. Un girotondo di tutti e tutto. Una Terra da consegnare fertile e generosa ai nostri figli. 

Siamo come nuvole di pensiero che si fondono con la velocità del vento, parliamo con i mezzi che modernamente sono a nostra disposizione, forse non sono affascinanti come il vento, ma efficaci nel trasmettere… ?
