La realizzazione del Sé è contagiosa… si trasmette attraverso la Grazia... - Self-realization is contagious… it is transmitted through Grace...

 

In risposta ad alcune domande sulla Grazia del Maestro e su come realizzare il vero Sé,  Sri Ramana Maharshi rispose:

“La stessa Grazia è quel vero Sé. Quel che serve è sperimentare la sua costante presenza. Il sole è semplicemente una forma di luce, per il sole non esistono tenebre, ma quando c’è l’alba al mattino noi supponiamo che le tenebre siano scomparse con la luce del sole. Ma non è l’alba che rimuove le tenebre, è la terra che ruotando si sposta dalle tenebre alla luce. 

Allo stesso modo un discepolo ritiene che, in seguito alla Grazia del Maestro, il velo dell’ignoranza venga rimosso. In verità non è il Maestro che rimuove la tua ignoranza, sei tu che giri l’attenzione dalle tenebre alla luce. Anche se sei circondato dalla luce solare per riconoscerne la sorgente è necessario  girare la testa verso la giusta direzione. Ovvero significa dirigere   l’attenzione verso il vero Sé. Un Maetro ti guiderà verso il   raggiungimento del  Sé che è solo Uno. 

Esiste un unico  vero Sé soltanto. Siccome tu non lo sai  e ritieni che esiste un mondo  materiale attorno a te  senti parimenti che c’é un  mondo spirituale nell’esistenza”

In response to some questions about the Master's Grace and how to realize the true Self, Sri Ramana Maharshi replied:

Grace itself is that true self. What we need to know is, to experience
that it is there.

The Sun is just a form of light only. There is no darkness to that
Sun. But When Sunrises in the morning, we conclude that the darkness
is gone with the Sunlight.

It is not Sunrise which removed the darkness; it is the rotation of
earth from darkness to sunlight.

Similarly a disciple will conclude that, due to Guru’s Grace only, his
veils of ignorance are removed. But it is not Guru who has removed
your ignorance, it is You, who turned from darkness to sunlight.

Even though your surroundings are filled with sunlight, for
experiencing that you need to turn towards it by going in right
direction.

It means you need to turn towards that true self.

A Guru will guide you in reaching out to that true self.

What is existing is only ONE.

That is the true self only.

As you don’t know that, you are feeling that there a physical world around you.

You will also imagine that there is some other spiritual world is in existence.
