You don't need to believe to say "I am"... - Non serve credere per dire “io sono"...

To begin with I must say that "spirit" for me means "synthesis between intelligence and consciousness" I also confirm that I am not a "believer" in any form, what I say is based on my direct experience of existing and being aware of it. It is not necessary for anyone to confirm this and this obviously applies to everyone.

You don't need to believe to say "I am", we know it without a doubt from ourselves. While to pronounce the assumption of a faith or the lack of a faith we cannot help but use the term "I believe" or "I don't believe".

It can be deduced that being and being aware of it at the same time is natural and unequivocally true, while supporting something that has its foundation in thought, that is, in mental speculation, is only a process, a conceptualization.

This is true lay spirituality.

Since spirituality does not belong to any religion or ideology; it is the true nature of man. The spirit is present in all that exists, therefore it cannot be reached through a specific path, since it is already there even in the attempt to pursue it.

Secularism is the condition of absolute "freedom" from any constituted form of thought, be it ideological or religious. "Laikos", in Greek, means the one who is outside any social and religious context, or does not belong to any social or confessional order.

From this point of view, spiritual research can be considered a strictly personal fact, therefore the true spiritual seeker is absolutely layman, at the same time he recognizes what is in him as present in everything else. Reconciling one's personal life with that of anyone else means knowing how to flow without obstructing, learning and transmitting without pretending, in short, it is a question of making peace with ourselves and with others.

This absolute freedom also includes absolute love and respect, as there are no assumptions of pre-established positions and absolutist references to a specific path.

Lay Spirituality is a path in which there can be no dogmas or religious indications. This is the way in which no way is followed. The path is completely absent, in secular spirituality what matters is the simple presence to oneself and this cannot be a path but a simple attention to the state in which one is.

Consciousness is aware of consciousness.

And it is normal that this is the case since secular spirituality cannot be anything new but only a "descriptive way" of something that already exists, in fact if that something did not already exist, what sense would it have to be "aware" of it? Therefore Lay Spirituality and Consciousness are the exact same thing. But we know that pure self-awareness is unfortunately often tainted by superimposed images, created by our mind, these images are what we have imagined spirituality could be.

The feeling of lay spirituality is comparable to the feeling of deep ecology. Indeed both share the full awareness of belonging to an "inseparable whole". Deep ecology deals more with the external aspect of this "whole" while secular spirituality deals with the internal aspect. Through this external-internal integration we fill a huge gap in thought and action.

Everything that surrounds us and ourselves are the exact same thing, we are immersed in ourselves like water in water and yet we continue to behave as if we were separate, disposing of what we believe "is outside of us" as if it were "other" from us. Is there a greater wonder than this?

Tanto per cominciare debbo dire che "spirito" per me significa "sintesi fra intelligenza e coscienza" inoltre confermo di non essere "credente" in alcuna forma, quel che affermo è sulla base della mia diretta esperienza di esistere e di averne coscienza. Non è necessario che alcuno me ne dia conferma e ciò vale, ovviamente, per tutti.

Non serve credere per dire “io sono”, lo sappiamo senza ombra di dubbio da noi stessi. Mentre per sentenziare l’assunzione di una fede o la mancanza di una fede non possiamo fare a meno di usare il termine “credo” oppure “non credo”.

Se ne deduce che l’essere ed esserne contemporaneamente coscienti è naturale ed inequivocabilmente vero, mentre sostenere qualcosa che ha il suo fondamento nel pensiero, cioè nella speculazione mentale, è solo un processo, un concettualizzare.

Questa è vera spiritualità laica.

Poiché la spiritualità non appartiene ad alcuna religione o ideologia; essa è la vera natura dell’uomo. Lo spirito è presente in tutto ciò che esiste, non può quindi essere raggiunto attraverso uno specifico sentiero, poiché esso è già lì anche nel tentativo di perseguirlo.

La laicità è la condizione di assoluta “libertà” da ogni forma pensiero costituita, sia essa ideologica o religiosa. “Laikos”, in greco, sta a significare colui che è al di fuori di ogni contesto sociale e religioso, ovvero non appartiene ad alcun ordinamento sociale o confessionale.

Da questo punto di vista la ricerca spirituale può essere considerata un fatto strettamente personale, quindi il vero cercatore spirituale è assolutamente laico, allo stesso tempo riconosce ciò che è in lui come presente in ogni altra cosa. Conciliare la propria via personale con quella di chiunque altro significa saper fluire senza ostruire, apprendere e trasmettere senza pretendere, insomma si tratta di fare la pace con noi stessi e con gli altri.

Questa assoluta libertà comprende anche assoluto amore e rispetto, non essendoci assunzioni di posizioni precostituite e riferimenti assolutistici ad uno specifico sentiero.

La Spiritualità Laica è una via in cui non possono esserci dogmi o indicazioni religiose. Questa è la via in cui non si segue nessuna via. Il percorso è completamente assente, nella spiritualità laica ciò che conta è la semplice presenza a se stessi e questo non può essere un percorso ma una semplice attenzione allo stato in cui si è.

La coscienza è consapevole della coscienza.

Ed è normale che sia così poiché la spiritualità laica non può essere nulla di nuovo ma solo un “modo descrittivo” di un qualcosa che c’è già, infatti se quel qualcosa non ci fosse già che senso avrebbe esserne “consapevoli”? Perciò Spiritualità Laica e Consapevolezza sono la stessa identica cosa. Ma noi sappiamo che la pura consapevolezza di sé è purtroppo spesso macchiata da immagini sovrimposte, create dalla nostra mente, queste immagini sono ciò che noi abbiamo immaginato possa essere la spiritualità.

Il sentire della spiritualità laica è equiparabile al sentire dell'ecologia profonda. Anzi entrambi condividono la piena consapevolezza di appartenere ad un "tutto inscindibile". L'ecologia profonda prende maggiormente in esame l'aspetto esterno di questo "tutto" mentre la spiritualità laica si occupa dell'aspetto interiore. Attraverso questa integrazione esterno-interno riempiamo una falla enorme nel pensiero e nell'azione.

Tutto quel che ci circonda e noi stessi siamo la stessa identica cosa, siamo immersi in noi stessi come acqua nell'acqua eppure continuiamo a comportarci come fossimo separati, disponendo di ciò che riteniamo "sia al di fuori di noi" come  fosse "altro" da noi. C'è una meraviglia più grande di questa?
