La vita non può seguire un canone di comportamento standardizzato. Non è un processo ideologico con precise regole e norme con le quali cercare di “adattare” la realtà al proprio pensiero. Al contrario la vita è una forma di adesione a ciò che è, nella visione e propensione di restare in armonia con ciò che è, sempre conservando la propria natura adattandola però alle condizioni in cui ci si viene a  trovare.

Insomma basta essere se stessi senza lasciarsi condizionare da un credo, mantenendosi però in sintonia con ciò che è, nella comprensione della comune appartenenza esistenza. Questo modo espressivo è spontaneo e naturale e corrisponde alla consapevolezza di appartenere al Tutto.

E’ una fusione fra “anima” ed “animus”, tra maschile e femminile, all’interno ovviamente non in senso unisex, e questa integrazione è il risultato di quella che amo definire una “spiritualità laica”, che supera ogni religione ed ogni ideologia. Uno “spirito laico” consapevole manifesta un salto evolutivo rispetto alla condizione del credente e persino dell’ateo, che in realtà non sono disgiunti ma appartengono ad una sola categoria, quella di coloro che basano il proprio pensiero sul “credere”.

Credenti e non credenti hanno bisogno di una ragione giustificativa (per la loro convinzione) che li uniformi al loro credo…

Ma qual’è la differenza sostanziale fra il restare assorbiti nella quiete della coscienza indifferenziata, rispondendo agli stimoli della vita con spontaneità e naturalezza, e la reazione spasmodica basata sul credere in concetti assunti che ci fanno da gabbia comportamentale?

Un uomo studia libri su libri, ascolta e tiene grandi discorsi, cerca seguaci e diventa egli stesso seguace di un’idea, inizia insomma a “credere” in un sistema, in un vantaggio, egli imposta ogni sua azione nel rispetto di uno schema sul quale erige una struttura “idealistica” (od al peggio egoistica) e con essa ritiene di poter “istruire” gli altri e di poter esprimere “la verità”.

Come è possibile che la verità sia statica, una cosa prestampata ed immobile, un rigido ideale? Essa può esser “vera” solo se è vera nel fluire continuo della vita, assestandosi ed adeguandosi alle circostanze correnti, essa non sclerotizza gli eventi, non impone restrizioni, essa respira con tutto ciò che esiste. Basarsi su un credo (in positivo od in negativo) per raccontare la verità è voler dare alle parole un valore che non hanno…

Ed in buona sostanza come nasce la parola? Il linguaggio attraverso il quale osiamo affermare “questa è la verità” è molto lontano dalla pura coscienza. Infatti all’inizio esiste una consapevolezza astratta, una coscienza intelligente e non qualificata, da questa sorge il senso dell’io (l’ego), il quale a sua volta da origine ai pensieri, ai concetti, ed infine questi diventano parole e scrittura. Quindi il linguaggio è di molto successivo alla conoscenza innata.

Come è possibile che attraverso la concettualizzazione si possa esprimere la verità, cos’è questo se non cieca arroganza? Se usiamo adesso un po’ di discernimento, non possiamo far a meno di osservare che ognuna delle presunte verità su cui si basa il “credere” appartiene all’ego, è solo “ciò” in cui crediamo, ma può esser definita verità una verità che è solo individuale? C’è un antico detto taoista che dice: “il tao che può esser detto non è il vero Tao”. E Ramana Maharshi, un saggio dell’India, disse: “..la verità è nel profondo silenzio del nostro cuore…”.

Purtroppo alcune persone sbandierano la loro verità ai quattro venti, pretendono di averla trovata in fantastiche proiezioni della psiche, nelle idee politiche o finanziarie, nelle varie religioni, negli inferni e paradisi, nella reincarnazione e nel materialismo ateo, perché essi amano il mistero e non la verità…

Ed in verità a che servono queste “verità” fasulle, ignorando la vita del giorno per giorno, del qui ed ora, se non per speculare sull’immaginario del credere?

Per sperimentare la verità di vita basta stare nella spontaneità del respiro… senza decidere in anticipo quando inspirare e quando espirare… Nel credere invece ci tratteniamo in perenne apnea…

Sceneggiata mistica

Life cannot follow a standardized canon of behavior. It is not an ideological process with precise rules and norms with which to try to "adapt" reality to one's own thought. On the contrary, life is a form of adherence to what it is, in the vision and propensity to remain in harmony with what it is, always preserving one's nature but adapting it to the conditions in which one finds oneself.

In short, it is enough to be oneself without letting oneself be conditioned by a creed, while remaining in tune with what it is, in the understanding of the common belonging to existence. This expressive way is spontaneous and natural and corresponds to the awareness of belonging to the Whole.

It is a fusion between "anima" and "animus", between masculine and feminine, obviously not in the unisex sense inside, and this integration is the result of what I like to call a "secular spirituality", which surpasses every religion and every ideology. A conscious "lay spirit" manifests an evolutionary leap with respect to the condition of the believer and even of the atheist, who in reality are not separate but belong to only one category, that of those who base their thinking on "believing".

Believers and non-believers need a justification (for their conviction) that aligns them with their belief...

But what is the substantial difference between remaining absorbed in the stillness of undifferentiated consciousness, responding to the stimuli of life with spontaneity and naturalness, and the spasmodic reaction based on believing in assumed concepts that make us a behavioral cage?

A man studies books after books, listens and gives great speeches, seeks followers and becomes himself a follower of an idea, in short, he begins to "believe" in a system, in an advantage, he sets his every action in compliance with a pattern on the which erects an "idealistic" (or at worst selfish) structure and with it he believes he can "instruct" others and be able to express "the truth".

How is it possible that truth is static, a pre-printed and immobile thing, a rigid ideal? It can be "true" only if it is true in the continuous flow of life, settling and adapting to current circumstances, it does not sclerotic events, it does not impose restrictions, it breathes with all that exists. To rely on a belief (positive or negative) to tell the truth is to want to give words a value they do not have ...

And basically how does the word come about? The language through which we dare to say "this is the truth" is very far from pure conscience. In fact, at the beginning there is an abstract awareness, an intelligent and unqualified conscience, from this the sense of the I (the ego) arises, which in turn gives rise to thoughts, concepts, and finally these become words and writing. . So language is much later than innate knowledge.

How is it possible that the truth can be expressed through conceptualization, what is this but blind arrogance? If we now use a little discernment, we cannot help but observe that each of the alleged truths on which "believing" is based belongs to the ego, it is only "what" we believe in, but it can be called truth a truth. which is only individual? There is an ancient Taoist saying that says: "the Tao that can be said is not the true Tao". And Ramana Maharshi, a sage from India, said: "..the truth is in the deep silence of our hearts...".

Unfortunately some people proclaim their truth to the four winds, claim to have found it in fantastic projections of the psyche, in political or financial ideas, in various religions, in hells and paradises, in reincarnation and in atheistic materialism, because they love the mystery and not the truth…

And in truth, what use are these bogus "truths", ignoring the life of the day to day, of the here and now, if not to speculate on the imaginary of believing?

To experience the truth of life it is enough to stay in the spontaneity of the breath ... without deciding in advance when to inhale and when to exhale ... In believing instead we remain in perennial apnea...
