Each of the 5 elements traditionally recognized (both in China and India) represents one of the 5 senses and we know that the five senses are different channels and ways of communicating between the internal and external mind. But there are also five more "spiritual" or psychic elements that go beyond the physical communication of the waking state, these 5 elements defined in Sanskrit Tanmatra - 5 sensory potentialities or subtle elements - precede the five Indrya, or senses, subordinate to them.
We thus see that it is possible that emotions, abstract thoughts, unconscious sensations, can be transmitted and perceived in the deep layers of the mind in the form of psychic or telepathic pulsations. But on the basis of the elements of birth that we manifest in a congenital form (they are different for each one) we can differently perceive and transmit these psychic or telepathic pulsations.
Sometimes we confuse these pulsations with psychosomatic and behavioral messages and therefore we believe that true telepathy does not exist, since it is a simple interpretative ability of the mind that observes the movements, appearances, small details and facial and eye habits of the people we are listening to or observing...
No, telepathic transmission is also possible with eyes closed or in silence, far from the "transmitter" or "receiver" and also a posteriori or in advance with respect to the related events... in this case it is called foresight or divination. But this quality of the mind cannot be deliberately used, as a listening technique, on the contrary it works precisely in the absence of mental modifications and suppositions. For this reason it is said in yoga that only with an "empty" mind is it possible to connect with everything that surrounds us, the mental Aura of the human species (collective unconscious) and the universal Mind.
During the various meetings to talk about the spontaneous "perceptive and divinatory" ability (I am referring to the "readings" on the I Ching and the Indian elemental system) I stated that the different psychic aspects embodied by us and the energies of the elements that distinguish us form a kind of "grid" through which we are able to perceive the external world and situations based on the harmony (or opposition) encountered.
Where this "grid", our perceptive way, does not adhere to the situations and different emotions that come to us from others, we automatically feel a form of repulsion. Our empathy and antipathy and the type of relationships that can be established with the people we come into contact with depends only on the configuration of the internal filter of innate predispositions. But, at the same time, the understanding that every aspect of the psyche or the colors of the energies (elements) depends on the movement in the kaleidoscope of the mind of an undifferentiated "something" that is at the root of the mind itself, is very important to recognize the common matrix. The different aspects arise following the primordial separation, Yin and Yang, and from the consequent movements of the propensities and from the grouping in cantons of acceptance and repulsion (based on the specific aspect embodied by us in which we recognize ourselves).
However, the oppositions are complementary aspects of the same archetypal energy, so misunderstandings and comprehensions are only a "modus operandi" of the mind and a way of recognizing affinities or differences, the aim of the evolved consciousness is in any case to bring everything back to unity.
On this same topic, I report the reflections of my dear friend Antonella Pedicelli, professor of philosophy and representative of the Italian Bioregional Network for ecological education, who states: "Experiencing life in a material body represents, for a human being, a continuous possibility of "learning" and evolution. The choice of experiences, obviously, is not random: we move and act driven by "forces and impulses" that, in their complex variety of names and appellations, do nothing but determine the "movement" in our daily life. Movement represents, on the level of pure existence, the incipit of every creation, the fundamental "need" of the creative principle itself.
He who is, as such, manifests his being in movement and in the consequent continuous "flow", which, in turn, generates changes not immediately perceptible by our human feeling. In the relationships of various kinds that we tend to "create" in this space-time chosen for existence in which the spirit that animates us finds its home, we often usually use terms in which the feeling of “contrast”, or better said, of “misunderstanding” is evident. I think one way, he or she thinks in a completely different way.
This is a simple phenomenon, very simple and complex at the same time. We travel on “vibrational frequencies” that are not always in tune, a kind of “cart” that, for some, is equipped with brakes, for others not! The direction of the cart is the same, but not the speed and not even the energy impressed on the wheels.
Our single perception allows us to intuit this “mechanism”, but the “rational terms” impressed in our mind, create the situation of discomfort, of danger and therefore assume a “defense” position, sometimes with the attack, directed towards those who “think differently from us”! In truth, however, it is just a condition like many others, a “status” that is “traveling its path” outside of any judgment and any “label”. Recognizing “diversity” is an important step in personal growth, in terms of universal openness and self-confidence; welcoming our “perception” is an act of humility that makes the vision of Life special"
And now some simple advice on how to "empty" the mind so that it can be permeable and clean, a clear mirror that reflects reality without shadows. This operation is not functional to the ability of telepathic or divinatory perception, being more a consequence than a purpose of the work of internal cleansing.
First of all, let's start by observing how the mind tends to create "fictitious" problems.
This is one of the aspects that prevents it from functioning spontaneously, free from preconceptions. At the basis of worldly concerns - obviously - there is always the sense of responsibility for our actions due to identification with the body-mind.
The process of individualization is an innate propensity of the mind. The mind is the reflective capacity of consciousness that takes on the task of objectification (dualism) and therefore of the creation of the so-called world of forms. Exteriority is its tendency.
Yet it is not a definitive or irreparable condition, even the most negative sensations can be transcended.
The worldly worries that assail us are the result of the mental mechanism that projects attention on external factors, desires and fears, and it is for this reason that in meditation it is recommended to fix attention on awareness, on the subject, ignoring mental apparitions, which are only "impediments" (distractions) that arise from an inveterate habit of externalization, not taking them into account means remaining quiet while keeping the observer in himself.
